About Brava Life
A premium print quarterly — Filipino at heart, depth on demand. Published by Brava Media Inc.
What We Are
Brava Life is a quarterly magazine built for the reader who still believes a printed page is worth sitting with.
Each issue is a premium object — 150 pages, carefully edited, designed to be kept rather than discarded. The stories inside are complete in themselves: no cliffhangers, no content withheld, no reason to reach for your phone.
But beside select stories, a small woven-star code offers a doorway. Scan it and a digital layer opens — a film, a voice recording, an oral history, a curated experience. The reader chooses whether to go further. That choice is the point.
We call this phygital: physical and digital, in conversation. Not because it is a technology story — but because it is a story about attention, and what we do with it.

The Publisher
Brava Life is published by Brava Media Inc., a Philippine media company incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Our mandate is cultural media — telling Filipino stories through print, digital, and phygital formats that meet the country's most discerning readers where they are.
Brava Media Inc. holds the publishing, production, and commercial rights to Brava Life magazine and the Brava phygital platform. We work with cultural institutions, government agencies, and private partners who share our belief that Filipino stories deserve the best possible telling.
The Founders
Brava Life is the work of four founders with deep roots in media, marketing, and Filipino cultural life. We made this magazine because we wanted to read it.
Founder
Cherry leads the company's strategic direction, partnerships, and overall vision. She brings decades of experience in Philippine media and brand management to a project she considers among the most meaningful of her career.
Founder
Jun built his career at the intersection of advertising, brand strategy, and Philippine institutional life. A former executive at one of the country's leading Out-of-Home media companies, he brings to Brava Life deep experience in commercial development, sponsorship, and brand positioning, and a conviction that Filipino institutions, when marketed with direction and integrity, can earn audiences far beyond their existing reach.
Founder
Gina brings to Brava Life a career rooted in Philippine music, entertainment, and cultural production. With credits spanning film, recording, and live performance, and decades of connection to the country's creative community, she brings to the magazine a deep instinct for what Filipino cultural storytelling looks and sounds like at its best.
Founder
Sheila is part of the founding team behind Brava Life and Brava Media Inc.
We are currently building our full editorial and production team ahead of the September 2026 launch. If you are a writer, photographer, or editor with a story worth telling: we would like to hear from you.
Submit your workWhy We Made This
We did not set out to make another content platform. We set out to make something worth keeping.
Filipino life: its crafts, its regions, its tables, its architecture, its healing practices: these have never been told with the fullness they deserve. Most media moves too quickly past the stories that require patience. We move slowly, by design.
The print issue is the hero. Every editorial decision begins there. The digital layer is not the product. It is the invitation to go deeper, for the reader who chooses to accept it.
We call our philosophy doorways, not demands. We think it applies not just to QR codes, but to everything we make.
For Partners and Institutions
Brava Life welcomes partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, and government agencies whose work aligns with Filipino heritage, intentional living, and premium creative expression.
We offer advertising and editorial partnership formats tailored to the magazine's audience: accomplished, discerning, and genuinely curious about the country's stories. All commercial arrangements are handled under a mutual NDA and governed by Brava Media Inc.
