By accessing thebravalife.com or purchasing a Brava Life subscription or single issue, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Brava Life is a quarterly print magazine published by Brava Media Inc. Digital content accessed via QR codes in the print issue is provided to print subscribers and single-issue buyers as part of their purchase. Digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions are billed annually at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Single issues are billed at the time of order. All prices are in Philippine Pesos and include free shipping within the Philippines. International shipping rates apply for addresses outside the Philippines.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date. To cancel, email [email protected].

We accept return requests for print issues that arrive damaged or defective. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for digital content or for issues already shipped and received in good condition.

All content on thebravalife.com and in Brava Life magazine — including text, photography, design, and QR-linked digital content — is owned by Brava Media Inc. or its contributors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

If you create an account on thebravalife.com, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Brava Media Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Brava Media Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the magazine. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription or issue giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI) in Makati City.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
